Harvest Time Juvenile Outreach, Inc. now provides its services in Tennessee as well as Florida. We work with youth in the Ocala and Gainesville areas of Florida, where we also visit two juvenile facilities. We also operate in the greater East Tennessee region, both independently and in conjunction with local juvenile judges.
Our goal is to lift up and nurture troubled youth with love and compassion as we minister the Word of God. We provide mentoring, family intervention, life skills, and so much more.

Providing Second Chances
Here at Harvest Time Juvenile Outreach, Inc., we provide free assistance with materials to help direct youth to gain positive thoughts through life prevention skills. Remember, every youth is worth saving and given a second chance if they are willing to make that change. The change must initially start from within and gear toward focusing on positive thinking and a productive family environment.

Going Where Most Will Not
Chaplain Michael Maddox has been working with juvenile facilities since the 1970s. Harvest Time Juvenile Outreach was born on April 19, 2012, and became incorporated on March 28, 2013. Since then, Chaplain Maddox has recruited and trained many volunteers and has seen thousands of young people come to the full knowledge of Jesus Christ.
It is called Harvest Time Juvenile Outreach to better serve the community. We are going places most will not go. We are reaching juveniles who are incarcerated and otherwise isolated or in need; those who are forgotten. These kids could be your kids. We work with youth before they are incarcerated and while they are in a juvenile facility. Praise the Lord, we are now in Tennessee and Florida. In Tennessee, we offer mentoring, life skills, family intervention, spiritual guidance, and offer assistance in any way possible.
